How Should I Care for My Famarine Jewelry?
Keep your jewelry in a dry, shaded place and gently wipe it with a soft cloth. To maintain its shine and quality, avoid long exposure to water or chemicals.
Will sweat, perfume, or washing my hands make it lose its color?
Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials like copper, eco-friendly alloys, and stainless steel, with a durable waterproof and sweat-resistant plating process that extends its lifespan. However, exposure to moisture, sweat, or chemicals (such as perfume and skincare products) can speed up wear or discoloration over time.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend:
- Waiting a few minutes after applying perfume or skincare before putting on your jewelry.
- Removing jewelry before washing your hands, showering, or exercising.
- Storing it in a dry, sealed place to reduce exposure to humidity.
Do your products contain nickel or other irritating materials? Are they hypoallergenic?
Our jewelry is nickel-free and lead-free, making it safe and comfortable to wear. You can enjoy it with confidence, worry-free from irritation!
Does the Color and Shine Look as Good as in the Pictures?
We understand your concern about the appearance of your jewelry. Our product photos are taken by a professional team to accurately showcase the design, color, and shine of each piece. We do our best to make sure the images match the real product, but slight differences may happen due to screen settings like brightness and color calibration.
We encourage customers to share their real photos and reviews, so you can check images from other buyers as a reference.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day unconditional return and exchange policy, ensuring a worry-free shopping experience.

Where do you ship from?
To reduce carbon emissions during transportation, we ship packages directly from locations near the manufacturer to the customer's delivery address.
(In the U.S., delivery typically takes 2-8 business days. Depending on your shipping address.)
Do You Offer International Shipping?
We’re sorry, but we currently do not offer international shipping.
How Long Does Order Delivery Take?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is completed.
Standard Shipping: order delivery time is 3-8 business days.
What areas do you ship to?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
However, we do not deliver to the following locations:
- Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands (ZIP codes 006-009)
- Hawaii & Guam (ZIP codes 966-969)
- Alaska (ZIP codes 995-999)
- Other restricted areas (ZIP codes 962-965)
Do you ship to PO. boxes?
Yes! We can deliver to PO boxes, but only through USPS standard shipping.
Note: PO box deliveries have a higher risk of lost packages, so we recommend using a street address whenever possible.

How do I know my order went through and track its information?
After placing your order, you'll get a confirmation email with your order details and tracking number.
You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to check your shipment status anytime!
Can I Cancel or Change My Order’s Shipping Address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it or update the shipping address. Just reach out to our customer service team at customer_care@famarinejewellry.com, and they’ll help you out.
Once your order has shipped, we can’t cancel it or change the address. But don’t worry—you can always request a return following our return policy. Just double-check your shipping details before you place your order to avoid any hiccups!
Also, just a heads-up: Famarine reserves the right to cancel orders if there are unauthorized changes, invalid discounts, or payment issues. We might also modify or cancel promotions if there are system errors or unexpected problems.
Your tracking info says your package was delivered, but you haven’t gotten it yet?
Sometimes packages get scanned as "delivered" a bit early but are still on the way. They usually show up within 24 hours after the status changes.
In the meantime, you might want to check around your porch, garage, or community mailbox—it could’ve been left there while you were out. You could also ask your neighbors or the concierge, just in case it was delivered to the wrong place by mistake. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out to the delivery service to double-check where it was left.
